The Koenig & Bauer Rapida 75
A.k.a. KBA. Our high-performance offset printing press utilises modern UV inks to print on special materials that can be up to 800 microns thick. The machines provides vibrant colors, instant drying and possibility to print on holographic laminations or silver lamination. MGI JET Varnish 3D EVO
The MGI Jet Varnish is one of our latest technological innovations. It allows personalised spot UV varnish with high thickness and metallic 3D spot varnish, called Glamvarnish. Apart from 3D effects, the machine can do 2D embellishment as well. This machine can print each sheet with a different design without the need for printing forms. It uses a single pass system with high-speed cameras to ensure perfect allignment of the print and the varnish. The technology is also known as digital hot foil stamping or digital 3D varnish. Hot foil stamping
Hot foil stamping applies metallic or pigment foil directly onto a surface using a heated die, creating a finish with depth and reflectivity that no digital process can replicate. We produce hot foil stamping on packaging, collectible cards and premium marketing materials using the most durable and stable solution. Heidelberg SBB press. We use engraved brass dies that allow us to do microstructures and extremely fine details.
Die Cutting
For die cutting we use machines from Heidelberg and Saroglia. Flatbed die cutting press delivers precise cuts, perforations and kiss cuts on cardboard up to 1mm thick. Perfect registration on every run makes it the ideal finishing solution for premium packaging production.
Box Glueing
Small box for lipstick or big box for spirits? No problem. Automated box gluing for folding cartons and packaging structures up to B2 format, with 1 to 3 point gluing configurations. Precise, consistent bonding across short and long production runs for premium packaging applications.
Card cutting and stacking
Precise cutting, stacking and sorting of trading cards, playing cards, tarot cards and board game cards in a single automated pass. Our automatic card production line cuts card shape and rounded or sharp corners simultaneously, delivering consistently sorted output ready for packaging. This increases the production speed and ensures consistency in the pack filling.
