Consultancy
Before any project we need to understand clients needs. Is it limited high-end edition or is it a hobby box or a combination of both? How many variation, what are the distribution channels? How it will be sold to consumers? All these and many more questions need to be understood to design the best structure of your collection.
Optimization
Complex projects need optimize the structure before manufacturing. We want to achieve as many different designs and artworks as possible and stay economically sustainable at the same time. We review the collection from every aspect and suggest changes for optimization that will not weaken the quality of the outcome.
After order approvement we check the artworks for possible errors to ensure smooth production. We print on UV offset machines or digital HP Indigo 12000. This way we can deliver high quality also on small to medium runs. Most of the materials are on stock so we can start the printing within couple days after receiving the order.
Embellishment and Finish
This is where the difference is made. We work with microstructures, fine lines and details. The precision is our top priority, and we love to push the limits. If needed, we can combine several different embellishment techniques on one card. Hot foil stamping, embossing, UV spot varnish, glam varnish, holographic lamination, structured varnishes, scent trading cards and special die cutting.
