Three Inspiring Days at Packaging Première Milan 


In May of this year, we went to Milan for three full inspiring days at Packaging Premiere, and we could not have wished for a better experience. 


As one of the world’s leading events dedicated to luxury packaging, Packaging Première brings together innovators, designers, brands, and manufacturers from across the industry. This year was particularly special for us at DIW Print, as it marked our very first time exhibiting at the event. 


And what a debut it was. 

Throughout the exhibition, we welcomed more visitors to our stand than any of the 400 exhibitors present. For a first-time exhibitor, this was an extraordinary achievement and a powerful reminder of how creative print can captivate, connect, and inspire. 


Over the course of the event, we had the pleasure of discussing exciting packaging projects, exchanging ideas with industry professionals, and demonstrating how premium print can transform packaging into a memorable experience. We are grateful to everyone who visited our stand and shared their time, curiosity, and enthusiasm with us. 


We collaborated with the Italian graphic agency Studio Zak on our exclusive card collection and with Austrian graphic designer Lukas Diemling on our sample box. On both of these sample collections we got creative with embellishment, using motion coat, glamvarnish, 3d spot UV and holographic foils and more to show the wide spectrum of creative finishes that we offer. The response exceeded all expectations. Visitors were drawn to the strong visuals of the products and to their tactile qualities, highlighting the emotional connection that exceptional print can create. 

We believe that packaging should tell a story, evoke emotion, spark creativity, and leave a memorable impression. We aim to create packaging that people can feel, that pushes the boundaries of what is possible through innovative printing techniques and craftsmanship. 


The overwhelming response we received at Packaging Première confirms a growing demand for packaging experiences that engage all the senses. 

This successful first exhibition is only the beginning. We are proud of what we achieved, grateful for the partnerships that helped bring our vision to life, and excited about the opportunities ahead.
